Extra Person(s): A maximum of 2 additional people on a Queen sized pullout sofa. Add $30 per person, per night.

Children: A maximum of 2 children under 13 years of age stay free of charge when sharing a suite with paying adult, additional infants negotiable.

Your rental agreement includes access to all the amenities of this exclusive resort and much more -- the many world-class gourmet restaurants around the island; swimming on our white powdery sand beaches in the crystal-clear turquoise ocean, snorkeling, scuba diving (water visibility is 70 to 100 feet), fishing, kayaking, golfing and eco tour packages; use of our sparkling heated pool and outdoor Jacuzzi, pool and beach chaise loungers, towels, umbrellas, barbecue, and use of the fitness center with classes, massage, facials and body treatments. Applicable fees will apply.

This rental property is privately owned and decorated. Accommodations are equipped for light housekeeping.

Reservation/Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm all reservations. Reservations for the Holiday season (Dec. 17th – Jan. 2nd) require full prepayment and is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:
December 17th thru January 2nd – No Cancellation
January 3rd thru April 16th – 30 days notice prior to arrival
April 17th thru December 16th – 15 days notice prior to arrival
Cancellation Penalty is Loss of Deposit.
